Course of Action to Repeal the Health Care Law

ARParty : April 11, 2010

In an attempt to organize a concerted effort to repeal the Health Care Reform law which, constituted and illegal action by Federal Government and Legislators, the American Reform Party recommends the following course of action.

We suggest that anyone opposed to this Constitutionally illegal piece of legislation, join in the effort to repeal the law by supporting your individual State Attorney Generals who have already  joined in a legal action with 18 other states or contacting your State Attorney General and insist that he on behalf of your State follow suit. This will produce the a better result than relying on the deaf ears of our legislators. Our legal advisors strongly believe the states have the necessary precedent and Constitutional law on their side.

Currently, there are 18 States that have rightfully instituted legal action against Government and 18 others to date that are contemplating doing so and/or passed State legislation protecting their citizens from being subject to the illegal Federal legislation. This is currently our best line of attack against the actions of big government and oppression of its states and people through irresponsible legislation.

THIS BILL MUST BE REPEALED AT ALL COST!

    WHY A CONVENTION OF STATES?

Simple: to bring power back to the states and the people, where it belongs. Unelected bureaucrats in Washington, D.C. shouldn’t be allowed to make sweeping decisions that impact millions of Americans. But right now, they do. So it all boils down to one question: Who do you think should decide what’s best for you and your family? You, or the feds? We’d vote for the American people every single time.
