"Our doctors have told us to be prepared for the worst because right now we can hardly find a doctor."  A life-long Democrat sends a desperate warning to all American families.  Those are the words author, Sharon Sebastian, wants all Americans to hear. On American Family Radio, Sebastian carried this man's desperate warning, in his own words and in his own voice, to American families across the nation.

Sharon Sebastian told how during a recent radio interview by The Majority United about her book, "Darwin's Racists - Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow," a life-long Democrat called in with his tragic story of how Obamacare is already devastating his family.  Identifying himself as Ken, from Austin, he and his paraplegic wife are today's front-line victims of the human and economic tragedy that is Obama's health care law. Doctors are fleeing and insurance companies are in a panic.  In his desperation, Ken and his paraplegic wife are anxiously WARNING all American families of the Obamacare nightmare because they are already living it.  In a further interview with Ken, from Austin, TX, Ken related that his 41-year old paraplegic wife has been abandoned by her former doctors for fear of not being reimbursed by Obamacare. The couple was forced to go to a clinic where their English was not easily understood and doctors there, according to Ken, said that they were not qualified to treat his wife and also told him that they, the doctors, were not able to admit patients to a hospital.  With the help of others, the couple was able to finally locate a 74-year-old doctor, who is basically in retirement, to finally treat his wife.  Ken says the 74-year-old doctor is one of the few doctors, who are fazing out their practice, who feel compelled by a heartbreaking situation to provide treatment.  The coming care in America when this is multiplied by the thousands upon thousands will be a real American tragedy for families across the nation.  Ken wants people to know his story before they go to the polls so they can make an informed decision.

What follows is a shortened version of Ken's public "cry for help." Heed the words of warning from a fellow-American:

KEN, FROM TEXAS:  My wife is a paraplegic and she turned paraplegic in 2002 and through the Bush time, we thought GW was the worst thing that had ever happened to America.  But, we were able to keep everything we had.  Nothing was affected, our health plan was not affected, the doctors were not affected, nothing happened to us badly.  Well, now since Obama has taken over we can no longer -- (voice breaks and he begins again).

My wife is on Medicare and QMB which is like a Medicaid supplement that pays the other 20%.  Many doctors that she has had have dropped out of the Medicare/QMB program due to Obamacare because they know they are not going to get reimbursed - and they've already taken a 12.5% pay-cut on top of that and so they've dropped out of the system and as a result of them dropping out of the system, we are turned over to collections for them to collect the money from us now.  The government is not responsible for paying it.  

And, our doctors have told us to be prepared for the worst because right now we can hardly find a doctor.  We're in Austin, TX not a small town, and when we go to find a new doctor for a new problem - a podiatrist or specialty doctor of any kind, we go through many, many, many, many names before one finally decides to take us.  And they realize that, you know, they tell us up front that you are going to probably end-up being billed the 20% because we [the doctors] know that we don't get reimbursed for that and they've changed their paperwork.  So, now we go in and we sign paperwork and we see the paperwork that states that they realize they are not going to get reimbursed from Obama health care so be prepared to be billed for your doctor's visit in the future.

You used to be able to pick up the phone and call any doctor and they say come on in, we take Medicare, we take QMB - now I spend two and three days trying to find one doctor with other doctors helping me to find a doctor that would accept the program.

SHARON SEBASTIAN:  I am so sorry that you are a living example of what the "charm" of Barack Obama has wrought on an American family -- you are an example of what is to come for millions of American families across the country -- to be under the kind of control where you have no place to appeal.  If you have a bad doctor, you're not going to be able to dump that doctor and go find a better doctor because you are going to be lucky to get a doctor.

KEN, FROM TEXAS:  They are already at that point, they are already at that point.  And not only that, you know, my wife is a paraplegic and has many problems and does have to go into the hospital.  Now we are being told by the doctors that when Obamacare does fully come into effect, rather than my wife being discharged and then coming home to my care, which I have been very well trained to take care of her, she will be forced into a nursing home for 30 days and then from the nursing home she will come home with Home Health Care.  You will not be able to get Home Health Care without first going through a nursing home.

SHARON SEBASTIAN: Yes, I understand that home health care is on the chopping block.

KEN, FROM TEXAS:  Yes, they are cutting back already.  Our Home Health Care - we've had the same agency for 2 ½ years and they've already done quite a few cut backs.  I've been a Democrat - I have voted Democrat most of my life.  Here lately, I've started studying my politicians and voting for who is the right person to be in office.  I did not vote for Obama and I have never voted for a Republican governor, but this year in Texas, I will support Governor Rick Perry because he has threatened to not abide by Obamacare and he has the ability not to abide.  (END OF KEN'S COMMENTS)

Demand that Congress hear for themselves this desperate warning to all Americans from a life-long Democrat about the human and economic tragedy that is Obamacare.  Email this article to your senator and representative and all you know.  Tell Congress to take immediate action to derail and defund Obamacare.  For Americans, Ken's voice is their voice, and it is not to be ignored.
